Investment Real Estate Agent

Buckingham Investments is seeking investment real estate agents to join our team. Being a part of Buckingham Investments means you are a self-motivated salesperson looking to educate clients on achieving financial independence through investing in real estate. Specializing in Southern California multi-family properties, our agents must have the desire to build their portfolio with a continued desire for education. Responsibilities

• Business development and lead generation through in-person, phone, and internet prospecting
• Selling and listing property: negotiating real estate sales contracts and managing transactions from offer to close
• Presenting and conducting investment seminars and training sessions for clients
• Continuous learning about real estate investing, marketing, sales, and financial planning
• Market research and analysis
• Developing and following up on investment plans

Qualifications

• Must be highly self-motivated and disciplined with strong time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid California Real Estate Salesperson’s license or be willing to obtain one
• Must have own car, computer, and cell phone
• Must be able to support themselves while learning and developing business. Compensation is commission only
• College degree strongly preferred
• Experience with finance a plus, but not required. Must be willing to learn
• Strong desire to learn about the investment real estate industry
• Previous real estate industry experience a plus
