Krissy puts in the time, hustle, and planning to help her clients achieve their goals. Once she learned how much real estate investments can lead to financial freedom, she left her job in the television industry and jumped into real estate investing. Krissy’s passion for real estate is what drives her and she wants to share that passion and knowledge with you.

She is always there for her clients and wants them to enjoy the experience of real estate investing. She does this through education, planning, and great communication skills so that her clients can understand the process and be aware of certain aspects to look out for. Krissy believes in honesty, integrity, and kindness to all those she works with. We are all choosing to invest in real estate for great returns, so she likes to find resolutions to problems that are win-win scenarios for everyone.

As for her own real estate goals, she plans to invest in real estate to become financially independent within the next 10 years and also flip a few houses along the way. She’ll start investing by House Hacking then it’s off to the races from there. Her plan is to purchase more investment properties for passive income and equity build up so that she can move closer to the beach with every primary residence. When she’s not checking out properties for clients, Krissy loves playing beach volleyball and hanging out at barbecues with family and friends.
