Sam joined the Buckingham team as a real estate investment consultant after changing careers from being a CPA working as a financial reporting specialist for mid-sized to fortune 500 companies. Sam has extensive experience in private equity, hedge funds, capital markets, and financial services. His expertise in the financial services arena gives him a unique perspective in serving his clients’ real estate investing needs.

As an avid learner and lifelong student, Sam is a believer in the phrase “knowledge is power.” He also believes that the biggest gap in the world is not between ignorance and knowledge but rather between knowing and doing. It is because of these core beliefs that he jump started his real estate investing career after learning the Buckingham generational wealth philosophy. Sam aims to not only build his own real estate portfolio, but to also teach, plan, and guide his clients on how they can achieve the same results. Sam works effectively with both seasoned investors as well as novice ones just starting out.
